It’s half time in the Chelsea-Leicester FA Cup final, and it’s still 0-0.
It’s been a cagey affair, with the Foxes looking nervy and flustered; and Chelsea looking a little imprecise and disjointed.
Timo Werner has blasted a couple of chances over and Azpi was close to heading in from a set piece, but apart from that
On social media fans demanded more attacking impetus, with one pointing out that the wingers we’ve got on the bench could change the game. “Pulisic and CHO could be key. It’s so tight,” as they put it.
It does seem to be going that way. If nothing else changes through the second half, it will be their presence which provides the disruptive change to break through our opposition’s tough defence.
If Leicester score, we could be seeing them sooner rather than later.

Why is everyone but Ziyech taking our corners?!

Reece James is outstanding at RCB. Tuchel swapping Azpi and Reece's positions is a masterstroke.

HT: Chelsea 0 – 0 Leicester City
— Cagey: a good way to describe the first half.
— James: a portal dimension where Vardy resides.
— Mount: a London-based sauce factory.
— Kanté: a cheat-code.
— Chances: few and far between.— London Is Blue Podcast ⭐️⭐️ (@LondonBluePod) May 15, 2021
HT Thoughts:
– Chelsea's gotten the better chances thus far, but nothing to show for it
– Two evenly matches sides, proper final
– Evans injury works in the Blues' favor
– James has looked solid at RCB
– Hudson-Odoi coming on at RWB later?What're your thoughts?#FACupFinal

That was a terrible first half from Leicester. Panicky touches when being pressed, weirdly sluggish when they’re not being pressed and so many aimless long balls. Don’t think Castagne ever looks good in a back three either. Surely can’t be as bad after HT…

The best thing about this half has 100% been Reece James' mark job on Vardy. Otherwise it's been the usual tactical, turgid cup final. #CFC hitting traffic by Ziyech and Mount and can't get further. Need to fix the approach #CHELEI #FACupFinal
