Chelsea midfielder believes he’s leaving the club this summer

Chelsea have a number of players with doubtful futures that they will be sorting out this summer when the transfer window opens.

Some players will already knows their futures, but others are still yet to have theirs decided. Some players, just simply have not heard anything either way yet.

Eden Hazard could really be set for a return to Chelsea this summer, find out more here.

And one of those is midfielder Marco van Ginkel, whose career has been tarnished with injuries. But he now finally looks set to depart Chelsea this summer as the club look to have given up on the 28-year old, who has actually returned to football and doing well at the end of this season on loan at PSV.

But the player has confirmed that he has heard nothing from Chelsea and whether they will be activating his option to stay at the club for another year, and he expects to instead leave on a free transfer this summer, probably joining PSV on a permanent deal.

As reported by Football Oranje, van Ginkel said:

“I haven’t heard anything, so I think I’ll be transfer-free. I haven’t heard from PSV yet, but it could be. I’ve always had a good time at PSV and was always appreciated here.”

  1. They should play Zouma at striker. Chelsea has no attack. Demand that defenders kick the ball forward, not back. It works better that way. Right now, defenders score more and they also hand opponents goals for dicking around with the ball in front of goal. Why is this coach so constipated? He invented a good defense with double six, but let the attackers have the ball
