Chelsea trail Arsenal 1-0, and despite the Blues’ good play they are a long way off the Gunners in terms of getting back into this game.
Things were all going so well early on, and the Thomas Tuchel’s team were just passing the ball around the back.
Jorginho came under a bit of pressure, and decided to pass it back to where Kepa was – or where he thought Kepa was at least.
In the end, the goalie got to the ball, but Emile Smith Rowe closed in and found the net.
On social media fans have really come around to Jorgi under Tuchel’s watch – but they had little mercy for his mistake today.
Things didn’t get much better, and he certainly didn’t redeem himself later on with any particularly impressive play. Oh well. As long as he doesn’t do it again this weekend.
