Christian Pulisic has gradually been finding form recently, and his goal against Real Madrid this week was his biggest for the club yet.
Thomas Tuchel was asked about the development of his winger, and rather than playing down the Eden Hazard comparison that was put to him, he instead added fuel to the fire by pointing out that Pulisic had taken the Belgian’s number, which invited comparison.
Pulisic has a long way to go to make that comparison anything other than ridiculous, but scoring in Champions League semi finals is a hell of a way to start.

"He took his number, now he has to deal with it!"
