Chelsea played Real Madrid last night and came face to face with a club legend in the shape of Eden Hazard.
The two sides were facing off in the Champions League in a game that ended 1-1. Hazard was pleased to see some of his former team mates Cesar Azpilicueta and Callum Hudson-Odoi, and there was some shirt swapping and a beautiful embrace at the full time whistle.

Hazard was talking to Hudson-Odoi and then tried to give his shirt to Azpilicueta, but as you can see in the video below, the captain encouraged Hazard to give the shirt to the young winger.
