UK Government could ‘take away the work permits for players involved at the Super League’

The new owners of the European Super League have one hell of a battle on their hands if they are to get this league launched.

As we know by now, Chelsea are one of the 6 English clubs entering the league, which could start as early as August this year.

However, right now, they are not only battling discontent fans, players, staff, and pundits, they are also fighting against the force that is the UK Government.

I can vouch for this information because I also heard it on Sky Sports myself, but as reported below by former Liverpool player Jan Aage Fjortoft, Sky Sports are reporting that the British government can take away the work permits for players involved at the Super League.

They have said they will consider ALL measures to stop the league going ahead, including taking strong legal action, which the above would come under.

I think the European Super League has pretty much zero chance of proceeding!
