Thomas Tuchel is taking his press conference ahead of Chelsea’s Champions League game with Porto tomorrow night, and the manager had positive injury news all round.
It was put to him that N’Golo Kante, Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic had trained today, and he confirmed that all three were fit enough to be in the squad – although he admitted in the case of Kante that the bench was the best he could hope for, after the injury picked up on international break.
Nizaar Kinsella of Goal.com had the manager’s full words on the situation:

We hadn’t expected Kante to play in this game anyway, so this is basically positive news. This weekend’s awful result made the need for the midfielder all the more clear, and his replacements will have to step up big time.
Tammy Abraham has not been in the squad in recent weeks, so tomorrow night represents a chance. He might even be handed a start if Tuchel is really feeling adventurous.
