You can tell that we are getting ever closer towards this summers transfer window, reports of Chelsea making offers for players appear to be growing by the week.
This one though, is perhaps a somewhat surprising one, being a name that Chelsea have not really been linked to.

Although saying that, I do remember some whispers of Chelsea being interested in Hakan Calhanoglu when he was playing at Bayer Leverkusen.
He has since joined AC Milan, and his contract there is running out already this summer.
The 27-year old has an offer from Milan to extend his deal and stay there, but nothing is agreed yet, and Chelsea are one of the teams looking to pounce.
That is according to Sky Italia anyway, who claim that Chelsea, Arsenal, and Juventus have all made offers for the attacking midfielder through his agent.
The source is usually reliable, so we will wait and see if anything more transpires here in what I think is a very odd link.
