As we are well aware of now, and a report that was reiterated by The Telegraph last week, Chelsea are interested in signing Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan as an alternative if they cannot land Erling Haaland.
Whispers suggest that Haaland will not come cheap, but then neither will Lukaku, according to a report from the paper version of Italian publication Corriere dello Sport (as cited by Football Italia).

They say that Inter must sell two top players this summer, and any interested clubs can land the former Chelsea and Manchester United striker for 120 million euros, which equates to just over 100 million of your finest English pounds.
Not cheap at all for a 28-year old, but I guess if you want a world class striker, then you must pay a premium rate.
If this is true, will Chelsea be willing to pay that much for their former front man, or will they just go all in for Haaland?
We will find out soon!
