As we are all fully aware of by now, Chelsea are one of the 6 English clubs joining the newly formed European Super League, that could start as soon as August this year.

Chelsea fans have largely greeted the news with collective shock and anger, and it is safe to say that pretty much every football fan, pundit, and probably player, is deadly against this new proposal lead by Real Madrid owner Florentino Perez.

Many Blues fans are just clinging on to hope that the league will legally not be allowed to go ahead, with everyone including the UK Government threatening to get involved.

But other than that, there is hope that Chelsea might be one of two clubs who are ‘close to losing their nerve’ with the plan and pull out of it altogether.

According to Oliver Holt of of The Daily Mail, the ‘first cracks’ have appeared in the Super League setup, and two English clubs could pull out.

IF true, let’s HOPE one is Chelsea, I honestly believe that it might be.
