Silly season has not even hit full swing yet, but already we are hearing many links and rumours involving Chelsea.
We have all heard the claims by now, the club are willing to spend big again this summer to get closer to challenging for titles, and there are a number of players on the agenda.

According to Spanish outlet Marca, Chelsea are one of the clubs interested in signing Liverpool midfielder Georgino Wijnaldum this summer when he becomes a free agent.
They claim that although Liverpool have yet to give up on keeping him, Barcelona are leading a number of clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Juventus, that are vying for his signature this summer.
It seems rather speculative to me to say the least, and of course, in these circumstances it is very easy to throw Chelsea’s name in contention with any rumour right now.
