In today’s press conference Thomas Tuchel was asked about the rumours of a Timo Werner transfer that have been floating around this morning, and he shut them down in an amusing way.
He told the journalist who brought it up to “stop reading” the silly rumours about the striker going, and suggested that he “read a book” instead. It was another flash of character from Tuchel, whose personality we’re gradually getting to know.
Of course we think the opposite. Everyone should stop reading books and instead just read transfer rumours, preferably here at Chelsea-News.co, if possible.
