ESPN had three pundits on duty to analyse last night’s win over Liverpool, and they all wanted to speak about one thing – Mason Mount.
Frank Leboeuf said “he’s been perfect… he’s a leader”, Shaka Hislop joined in the praise for the midfielder, and Don Hutchison called him “superb” and “brave”. The gushing was pretty much universal in the media as his match-winning added to a great all-round showing.
We’ve all known this for a while, but it’s good to see the rest of the world catching ono the quality player and character that Mason is.
