Andreas Christensen is getting a nice extended run in the first team because of Thiago Silva’s injury, and the Danish defender was the man in front of the TV cameras today at Anfield before kickoff.
He discussed Liverpool’s attacking threat, and he seems aware of the main danger he will be up against tonight:
“They’ve got speed up front, but we’re feeling confident,” the ice man declared. Luckily AC is a quick player, and his defensive partner Antonio Rudiger is quick too. They will have their hands full tonight, and it sounds like they already know it.
