Thomas Tuchel is taking his press conference ahead of Chelsea’s match with Liverpool tomorrow night, and his first order of business were the injury updates on those players who had issues in recent weeks.
Thiago Silva has been training – as he has done for over a week – but Tuchel said he will not be with the squad as he’s not “100%”.
Then there are the youngsters who have been getting a rocky time in the last few games. Tammy Abraham – injured, hauled off at half time and then left out of the squad altogether, has “problems on his ankle” and sounds doubtful.

The good news is that Callum Hudson-Odoi has “no issue at all”, and his removal against Manchester United looks like it was tactical after all, despite the very prominent ice pack we saw on his leg in the second part of that game.
The team for tomorrow night looks like it’s going to pick itself.
