Mason Mount was Chelsea’s most dynamic player against Atletico Madrid, powering around the pitch pressing and making the crucial pass into the final third time and again, with his teammates just not able to capitalise.
He’s having quite the season, and the pundits on the match coverage in the UK picked him out before the game – and they were spot on as he put in another scintillating display. It’s just a pity he’s now out for the second leg suspended.
