Honestly, it’s hard to assess whether there’s any actual info behind this or whether it’s just speculation. It seems obvious that every team in need of a striker will chase the phenomenal Haaland this summer, and we expect Chelsea to be among them.
The fact we’ve actually got some cash to spend will only help, compared with the financial issues of our rivals.
How far our alleged approach next week will go remains to be seen, but it’s already almost March and if last summer is anything to go by, we’ll aim to get this big deal wrapped up sooner rather than later.
