However, whether he has been involved in the latest rumour or not is unknown, but according to the paper version of Sport Bild today (as cited by Sport Witness), Chelsea have already started contacts with the agent of Bayern Munich centre back, Niklas Sule.
The 6ft 5in tall German international has largely sat the bench for Bayern Munich this season and has suffered with injuries.
But as the report states, Chelsea think they could start negotiations around 30 million euros with his contract due to end in 2022.
