Chelsea had an easy opponent last weekend, let’s face it, but that’s exactly what they needed. They’ve been losing week after week and a win – no matter who you’re playing – does you a world of good.
Frank Lampard agreed in his assessment on Chelsea TV after the game. He pointed out that there were players whose heads were down after a few losses, and others looking for a chance to show they can thrive in the Premier League if given the chance.
