Telefoot: Talks advance between Chelsea and AC Milan for Fikayo Tomori

The Fikayo Tomori to AC Milan rumours appear to be getting stronger by the day, with the Chelsea defender now advancing in a move to Serie A.

This is because Milan’s pursuit of Mohamed Simakan looks to be fading away, according to a report from Sempre Milan (citing Sky Germany).

Which players could be leaving Chelsea this month? Find out here!

This means that Milan are now stepping up their pursuit of plan b, which is Chelsea’s 23-year old centre back, Tomori.

According to Telefoot, Milan have now ‘advanced’ talks with Chelsea regarding a loan move for Tomori.

I imagine this one could move pretty fast over the next few days, with multiple outlets now reporting the potential deal.

It still seems a rather odd move to me, Tomori is leaving Chelsea to get more games, will he really get that at Milan unless there is an injury to one of their regular centre backs? I’m not so sure.

He certainly needs games, badly.
