Chelsea to hold ‘crisis talks’ with Frank Lampard today

Things went from bad to worse for Chelsea boss Frank Lampard last night as his job literally hangs on by a thread.

His side were easily brushed aside by Leicester City in a 2-0 defeat in the Premier League, and doubts have now surfaced as to how much longer Lampard will be in charge at the club.

Chelsea are also looking to sign a top class new centre back this summer, find out who is on the shortlist HERE!

Today the board will hold ‘crisis talks’ with Lampard, according to proven insider ExWHUemployee, who replied to a comment on his Twitter account over night.

Ex has been pretty reliable for Chelsea news in the past, and we all know that these crisis talks are not a good sign.

It does not definitely mean that Lampard is getting the sack, it could be a final vote of confidence. But either way, it is a very tense situation at Stamford Bridge right now and the Chelsea legend is under immense pressure.

It will be a busy day for media today that’s for sure.

  1. lampard should come up with a die hard strategy. He plays so so soft as if he is playing girls. In epl u must play hard game.

  2. Chelsea as a team is bigger than lampart to manage, the option right now is to go for a better manager that can replace him.

  3. Truth be told Frank has done what he could past now we need an experienced coach to move the team forward. Otherwise let’s be ready to complete the season 8th the same game management which is not their. Sorry.
