He waited for a second in his runup, then drilled it into the top corner. He made it look easy. His goalscoring rate in Europe in the last 3 seasons is looking pretty sensational now.
The pressure is on the manager now – will Frank Lampard start him this weekend against Leeds? It’s a good problem to have, at least.
