Chelsea are preparing to take on Sevilla in the Champions League Group stages this evening.

There is some interesting and rather surprising team news coming through on Chelsea’s side, and that is that 19-year old academy midfielder Henry Lawrence ‘should’ make the Chelsea bench tonight, according to Goal’s Nizaar Kinsella.

Lawrence is very highly rated by all at the club and he has been in and around the first team a lot in the last couple of seasons, and he trained with them once again yesterday.
He can play in a number of different positions and offers great versatility as well as quality, which is perhaps why he could be drafted in tonight and give one of the other key players a deserved rest altogether.
