When he’s not Tweeting clips of his assists and goals, Cesc Fabregas LOVES a little Tweet about Chelsea.
Often he’s bigging up players in his old position like Mason Mount or Billy Gilmour, but in this case it’s his old teammate and fellow ex-Arsenal man Olivier Giroud getting the love.
The striker scored 4 today, and has been showered with praise from all over, but this was definitely the most touching.
@_OlivierGiroud_ what a real pro you are mate. All young players should have you as a rol model. Well done once again. And people still wonder why you always end up playing!! Hard work, passion, dedication and real character to always turn things around. 👏🏻

He praised the “real pro” Giroud, and the “role model” that he is.
Kids should look up to the forward, he claimed, and it’s hard to disagree.
The levels of professionalism he’s shown in the last two years, sitting on the bench without a peep and then performing when he’s in the team – you don’t see that often these days.
He’s still got a role to play this season – can you really imagine him being sold in January? We don’t think so.
