Chelsea had total control of the game against Newcastle today, but they just couldn’t find the second goal they needed so that they could relax.
When they finally did, it was Tammy Abraham who had the finish and put the game beyond the home team.
He spoke to BT Sport after the game and explained how he’d managed it.
“I was tired but I had to stay in control” Abraham confessed after netting for the third game in a row.
His form has been superb, and goals like this are making the difference for this team in the moments they need it most. Long may it continue.
