Edouard Mendy had conceded just one goal before tonight, and none in the league.
It always was going to end at some point, although we admit that when w saw Sheffield United players wheeling away we half expected to see a flag go up.
Sadly it was legal, and a good goal too as David McGoldrick flicked on Sanger Berge’s effort past the helpless Mendy.
There’s plenty of time left to turn this game around – but it’s a terrible start. This Sheffield United side are well up for this, and we’ve got a battle on our hands now.
