Chelsea fans, coaches, pundits, and anyone in football could all see Chelsea’s biggest issue from last season.
It was impossible to ignore – their leaky defence.
A lot of their goals conceded came from set-pieces, and Blues boss Frank Lampard knew the importance of improving this.
As you can see from the image below, not only have they improved in this area, they have completely turned it on it’s head this season.
Not only did they concede many set-pieces, they were not very good at scoring from them. This area has also massively improved.
