Frank Lampard has just had his press conference ahead of tomorrow’s game against Manchester United, and he spoke at length about how impressed he’s been by the last two players to join his group full time after arriving this summer – Hakim Ziyech and Edouard Mendy.
He said that you can’t succeed in elite sport without the right mentality, a mentality he’s seen clearly in both of that pair already. He’s clearly very impressed, and not just by what they’re doing on the training pitch.
