It was another round of International matches last night and once again there was a number of Chelsea players on display.
Croatia lost 2-1 to France in The Nations League and Olivier Giroud came on as a second half sub for the winners, Kurt Zouma was an unused sub.
For Croatia, Blues midfielder Mateo Kovacic came on as a second half sub and played the second 45 minutes.
The 26-year old had an excellent cameo for his country and bossed the midfield.
As you can see below, he had some very good stats on the night.
What particularly stands out is he completed 16 out of 17 long ball attempts, which is encouraging to see from him being something that he has needed to improve on.
He had a lot of touches and completed 92% of his passes.
He also showed battle as usual, winning 5 of 6 of his personal duels. He made the most tackles out of any other player in the match.
Well played, Kova!
