We are all well aware of Chelsea’s issues at the back over the last couple of seasons.
They ended last season as the team that conceded the most goals inside the top ten, and they started this season with similar issues.
However, within the last four matches, Chelsea have had three clean sheets, which is a great improvement.
A lot of it has been down to personnel, with the quality additions of Edouard Mendy and Thiago Silva at the back.
But the team have just looked collectively more organised and well drilled.
Blues defender Kurt Zouma has been speaking to the media tonight ahead of the Champions League match against Krasnodar tomorrow evening, and he believes that a lot more communication between the team has been a key difference in gaining those clean sheets.
Zouma spoke well, and also had some nice words to say about his new centre back partner, Thiago Silva.
Zouma on getting clean sheets: "The communication has been better too, the lads have made an unbelievable effort to get a clean sheet. The lads know each other better." #CFC #UCL
