The 6 forgotten Chelsea players who are still in the squad after deadline day

The transfer window slammed shut late last night, and it sparked the end of a very busy period for Chelsea.

Director Marina Granovskaia worked miracles in terms of new signings, and Chelsea’s transfer window was an overall success.

However, due to the current financial climate off the back of the coronavirus pandemic, Chelsea have been left with many players who they would have much rather moved on this window on permanent deals.

Even loan deals were scuppered due to loan fees and high player wages.

Upon reflection of the window whilst browsing the Chelsea website, you can see that there are a number of players you might have forgotten were Chelsea players, and they are still very much Chelsea players at the time of writing!

The 6 that stuck out to us are Victor Moses, Jake Clarke-Salter, Baba Rahman, Danny Drinkwater, Marco van Ginkel, and Charly Musonda.

There are circumstances that some could still leave, loan deals to English teams outside of the Premier League can still occur until October the 16th, and some foreign league windows are still open, but not many.
