Chelsea play their second game of the new Premier League season on Sunday, and they have the small matter of facing league champions Liverpool.
Blues boss Frank Lampard has been addressing the media this Friday lunchtime ahead of the game, delivering us the latest team news.
New signings Hakim Ziyech and Ben Chilwell are both yet to play. The Leicester City left back arrived recovering from a small injury issue, and Ziyech picked up a knock in a pre-season friendly.
Lampard has said that both players are still injured despite Chilwell at least being back in full training.
Another new signing Thiago Silva is also yet to play for Chelsea, but he has only been training with the squad for about 3 days and will not be ready yet, confirms Lampard.
Finally, Christian Pulisic appears to yet be back to full fitness after his small injury recently, and Lampard has ruled him out of the Liverpool match as well.
