Tiemoue Bakayoko is still at Chelsea, training with the first team but not getting into any of the matchday squads.
The transfer window is closing soon, and it’s time to find him a move before it’s too late. The Blues would rather shift him permanently, but if that’s not possible they’ll take a loan for the former Monaco midfielder.
One of the teams who have been linked with him is PSG, and Le Parisien today claim that the Blues are demanding a €3m fee just to take the 26 year old for a year.
There would presumably then be a permanent purchase option involved, with that fee coming out of the final sum. But still, it’s a steep fee for a player everyone knows the Blues want to lose.
Given how much the first team are lacking a defensive midfielder at the moment too, there’s surely got to be a chance he gets another shot at Stamford Bridge too, if no suitable buyers are found.
