Chelsea’s summer spending has been off the chain this window, and it may still be continuing right up until the final days of the window.
As you will be more than aware of by now, Chelsea are interested in signing West Ham midfielder Declan Rice, and they are set to make an offer before the end of the window.
As per a number of sources including The Independent, Chelsea are weighing up an offer for the England international.
Rice is a priority of Blues boss Frank Lampard, and it looks inevitable that they will be making a push to sign him in the very near future.
Mendy will be confirmed soon. Then Chelsea will make an offer for Declan Rice.
Strap in for a busy last couple of weeks with outgoings as well!

But how feasible is the deal?
Well, it certainly has a feel of being achievable for Chelsea this window, but one would feel that Rice himself would need to push for the move for it to come off.
And as per the same report from The Independent, the 21-year old ‘is set to decide whether he will push for a move’ to Chelsea this window or not.
