Chelsea pump out a lot of training videos these days, and it’s fair to see that mid-season, they’re not too interesting.
Apart from the excitement of occasionally seeing a youth team player in with the big boys, you’re not going to get much out of them that you can’t get more of in an actual game.
The exception is times like now, when there are new signings in training who one can see in action before they’ve played for the team.
This week is a perfect example – who wouldn’t be excited by seeing two of our new signings Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech – take on Tammy Abraham in shooting drills? We certainly enjoyed it.
