Frank Lampard had to give his takes on the game after Chelsea’s defeat to Arsenal in the FA Cup final, and he was of course asked for updates on how the players he lost to injury during the game were coping.
When it came to Christian Pulisic and Cesar Azpilicueta, Lampard was clear that he didn’t know for sure, but he didn’t sound too hopeful:
“I don’t even know… the hamstring injuries have to be scanned and assessed,” the former midfielder said in his press conference.
In terms of Pedro, who was playing his last game for the club, Lampard said he “believes it’s a dislocated shoulder.”
The one thing that IS certain, is that they will all be out for the final match of the season, against Bayern Munich next weekend.
