Frank Lampard is an ultimate competitor, and he hates losing.
The Chelsea boss was accordingly absolutely fuming in the interview after the 3-0 loss to Sheffield United today, and his words communicated that.
“I learnt a lot, I won’t forget that,” he seethed when discussing how his team had done.
One feels that time may be up for some of these guys – Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger both look to be at the end of the boss’ tether.
In midfield, Jorginho hardly impressed on his long awaited return to the team, and his exit looks pretty assured this summer if we can find a buyer.
