We’re in a strange situation right now, with games still left in the season but new signings arriving as their transfers are completed.
The Dutch season was called off early so Hakim Ziyech has had a long break ahead of his move, and he’s now arrived and settled in London. He had his first training session today, getting to put on our kit in anger for the first time and getting in a little session on his own after the rest of the squad departed for their match against Sheffield United.
He also got to chat with his new manager Frank Lampard, who must be thrilled at the prospect of adding the talented creative player to his arsenal.
