Chelsea quite clearly want to sign a striker at some point, with Olivier Giroud well into his 30s and Michy Batshuayi repeatedly failing to make the grade.
Who that striker will be is up for debate. Timo Werner of RB Leipzig has been rather hopefully linked to us a lot recently, but Liverpool appear to be in pole position to sign him.
