Juventus seem pretty intent on getting their man during this summer’s transfer window.
That man is Chelsea midfielder Jorginho, who looks like he may end up rejoining his former Napoli and Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri back in Italy.
The latest report via The Daily Mail, suggests that an offer will soon be arriving from the Serie A side involving a straight swap deal.
The report states that Juventus are considering offering their winger Douglas Costa in a straight swap for the Italian international.
Chelsea are highly unlikely to entertain such an offer for a player who turns 30-years old in 3 months time, especially when you factor in that Frank Lampard clearly likes Jorginho after making him his vice-captain last season.
That’s not to say that some sort of deal can’t be done here, a lot depends on whether he actually wants the move. But this sort of offer would surely be considered an insult by Chelsea.
