Every time more quotes come out about Jorginho and his rumoured move to Juventus, we assume they’re the old ones being recycled.
But in fact, we always end up finding out they’re brand new. The midfielder’s agent, Joao Santos, just won’t stop talking about a potential transfer. Even when he’s denying it, the fact that he’s even speaking to sites like “TuttoJuve” (for the second time in a week, in this case), tells you everything you need to know.
Santos once again denied knowing about any interest, denied that Juventus had made a bid, denied that Jorginho is unsettles, and so on. But the fact is, despite claiming he doesn’t know anything about the rumours, he’s the one single-handedly generating them with his constant chatter.
Even Emerson’s agent is a bit more chilled than this.
There is one thing that Santos is right about though – clubs simply won’t be spending big money this summer, even Juventus. It’s time to forget the fantasies of getting big fees for our unwanted stars this summer.
