(Images): Loftus-Cheek, Gilmour and co return to phase two contact training

Chelsea yesterday were allowed t start contact training again as phase two of training return began under the careful plans for ‘project restart’.

Last week saw a return to training without any contact and still keeping social distancing in place. This week they were allowed to start making tackles, and play in house matches.

This will be the pinnacle for the lads as they can now work hard on their matches fitness before a Premier League return later this month.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek looked to be getting involved well which was refreshing to see after his long term injury. And young Billy Gilmour was also getting stuck in and enjoying himself.
