Earlier today we wrote about the rumours that Tino Anjorin was close to signing a new deal at Chelsea, and this afternoon the club confirmed the news on their official website.
Congratulations, Tino! ✍️👏

It’s been a long time coming, and there is actually some suspicion the deal has been done for a while and the club have just been waiting to announce it.
Whatever the situation, Anjorin is now locked until 2025 – and hopefully will stay at the club a lot longer than that.
The question was never going to be whether the club wanted him – he made his first team and then Premier League debuts under Frank Lampard this season, and the fact he got on the pitch in the league for the first time in the last game of the season that was actually played will only have made his decision to stay easier.
Let’s hope the rest of our youngsters now follow suit.
