Chelsea have been linked with signing Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder Kai Havertz over recent weeks.
The Sun have even claimed today that there ‘is no doubt’ that Chelsea will launch a transfer bid for him.
The 20-year old is becoming THE talked about talent in football, and the hype is being helped by the fact he has put in two fine displays for Leverkusen since the Bundesliga returned last weekend.
He has got English supporters excited, with many of them demanding their clubs make a move to sign him.
I am sure that his performances would have at least alerted Chelsea, who could have already been watching him closely for sometime.

As in The Sun’s report, Havertz has it all about his game and is incredibly versatile. The fact he can play in a number of different roles very effectively will make him even more of a sought-after talent.
After the game yesterday, Havertz was inevitably asked about his future, and he was very coy on this.
As per The Daily Mail, he said:
“I do not like to say, of course, that there is a lot of speculation.
“I’m concentrating on this season and will see what happens afterwards.
“I am very grateful to Leverkusen and I don’t want to mess it up in any way.”
