Chelsea have had their fair share of great players, and even in the pantheon of all time great midfielders they have a few entries.
At one point they had Michael Ballack and Frank Lampard lining up as 2 of a 3 – that’s a luxury not many sides have been afforded.
On ESPN they’ve been debating which of those two, along with Steven Gerrard, was the greatest. There are good points for each, but we know we’re picking when it comes down to it.
They all won the top prizes, and all had great careers, and there arguments for each as the greatest.
