Chelsea are being linked with all manner of players for a session of summer strengthening, and one name we’e seen come up more than the others in recent times is that of Phil Coutinho, formerly of Liverpool.
The attacking midfielder is being frozen out at Barcelona and they want rid of him, and it looks like the guys upstairs at Stamford Bridge are taking a closer look.
It hasn’t been an idea that’s been very popular on social media at all, but looking at Sky Sports’ poll – with 33,000 votes – he’s the second most popular name on there.
Jadon Sancho is way out in front, but Coutinho is second, ahead of Lautaro Martinez.
