We’ve got a new Nico Schira for you, hot off the presses.
The young Italian insider has some great contacts, and breaks plenty of transfer news every window. When it comes to Serie A he’s a top source, and he’s now sniffing something Chelsea-related in Italy.
#Juventus and #Napoli are interested in signing #EmersonPalmieri. His agent is in talks with them. #Chelsea ask €25-30M to sell him. #Lampard wants to replace Emerson with one between #Chilwell (Leicester) and #Telles (Porto). #transfers #CFC

The Tweet above has a few things we already knew – Chelsea are keen to sell Emerson, and they’re looking at Ben Chilwell and Alex Telles to replace him.
But the new information is that Napoli and Juventus are the teams interested, and that we’re asking €25-30m for him.
That seems like a lot of money. It’s more than we paid, for a player who has aged a few years, not done particularly well on the pitch, and would be moving during a colossal financial downturn.
We reckon we’d be very lucky to get that much for him, but we all know how transfer fees are.
If Liverpool can make a profit on Dom Solanke, we’ve surely got at least a chance of doing the same here.
