Chelsea are continuing to be linked with a number of big name signings when the transfer window does reopen.
One player who is constantly linked with making his next big move this summer is former Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho.
It looks likely that he will be leaving Barcelona, and Chelsea are name who continue to be thrown into the hat to sign him.
Spanish paper SPORT (as cited by The Daily Express) have once again published a story strongly linking Chelsea with making a move.
The publication has close links to Barcelona, and have said that Chelsea are ‘leading the way’ to sign Coutinho, but have also claimed that The Blues Premier League rivals Leicester City are keen on signing him, wanting to ‘make a big statement.’
27-year old Coutinho will be keen to make his next big move and attempt to get his career firmly back on track after stuttering with form over the last couple of seasons.
