Chelsea appear to be getting even closer to landing one of their main left back targets, according to a fresh report from France.
According to Paris United, Chelsea are in ‘very advanced contacts’ to sign Porto left back Alex Telles.
Until now, most of these reports regarding Telles and Chelsea being in talks have come from Portuguese publications.
But the French outlet are now reporting on the story citing their own information. They say that Paris Saint-Germain are also keen on signing Telles, but could now turn to their backup option of Alex Sandro from Juventus as a result of Chelsea’s deep negotiations to sign Telles.
It does seem like this is just one of those deals that is going to go happen, with Chelsea having been linked with the Brazilian for a number of years.
