Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has been back in and around the senior squad in the last few matches but he has yet to receive any game time.
Frank Lampard is keen to make sure he is fully back to full fitness before unleashing him back onto Premier League defences, and boy does he need him.
So tonight, Lampard has confirmed that the England international will start for the Chelsea Under-23s against Everton and play as close to 90 minutes as possible, hopefully the whole lot.
Lampard starts by discussing his team news for tomorrow's game: 'Andreas Christensen has a small issue. There are no fresh returns but Ruben Loftus-Cheek will hopefully get 90 minutes tonight with the Under-23s.'#CHELIV

So where and when can you watch?
You can head to Aldershot and watch the game in the flesh, or you can tune into the Chelsea 5th stand app at 7pm and watch it live on there, as per Chelsea FC.
There will certainly be a large amount more spectators and viewers this evening anxious to see the return of Loftus-Cheek hopefully play more than the 60 min development squad minutes he has already had recently.
